Priscilla Hernandez Hacker, Ph.D.


 


Priscilla Hernandez Hacker, Ph.D., graduated from Washington State University's Clinical Psychology Program in 1990.

She completed a Pre-doctoral Internship at USC Medical Center in 1991, with training in Adult and Child Psychology, and Psychiatric Emergency Room. In 1992, Priscilla completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center with training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and treatment of child physical and sexual abuse.

Beyond postdoctoral training Priscilla has been trained in Parenting Education and in supporting the emotional needs of gifted children and adults. She has also completed Externship and Core Skills training, with supervision completed in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Additionally, Priscilla is fully trained in EMDR as a Certified EMDR Therapist.

Priscilla has over 40 years of clinical experience, and has been in private practice on the Palouse since 1993. She conducts psychotherapy; as well as psychological and ADHD evaluations.
